There are several kinds of litter. So you can't easily convert liters in kilos. The litter of my cat is a basic one and 10 L weights 7.2 Kg. So 90 liters of it should be 64.8 Kg. You should ask the seller...

One kiloliter is 1,000 liters. So I would think it's 90 X 10^-3, or 0.09 kilos. It certainly isn't 90. And it doesn't matter what it is, kitty litter or water. The units of measure are the same for everything.

The beauty of the metric system is that they are the same. A square litre = 1 kilogram.
