Are you sure its enlarged prostate and not cancer? You don't want to take something which will 'mask' the symptoms of cancer. If you do by the time you become aware of the cancer a lot of damage may be done and the results of any "cure" will be minimized.

My husband uses zinc, but the 100 mg suggested by the previous answerer is very high - I'd say 25 mg is about right. You are at risk for side effects when you get into mega-doses. He also uses Saw Palmetto, 160 mg twice a day and 500 mg of Vitamin C. He was having trouble before starting these supplements, but for the past 4-5 years he's taken these pills every day and has had no more problems with his prostate.

YES - there are so many wonderful remedies which are natural, non-toxic and they REALLY DO WORK.

Zinc 100 mg. daily - with a vitamin B-complex tablet

Saw Palmetto extract capsules 320 mg. dose once daily.

Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules, 1 cap three times daily

Swedish Flower Pollen tablets - 3 daily

Pygeum herb capsules - twice daily

PROSTEX - a blend of 3 amino acids - 3 to 6 caps daily. shrinks prostates rapidly.

buy these online or at your vitamin store. I suggest the Zinc, the Pumpkin seed Oil caps and the Saw palmetto caps to start with.

Later on try out the Swedish flower pollen tablets and the other remedies. See what works best for your body.
