I prefer "which" because it sounds better. I'd also consider changing "reveal" to "demonstrate". And, to be really pedantic, one inserts a link in the body of an email.

Well I do believe that the second one sound best. although, where it says "my resume and," it should say "my resume, and." Just a little grammar. The reason I would choose this is because of the one word that makes it different from the first. In the first one, it says "a link to clips that reveal," and in the second one it says "a link to clips which reveal." (plus, in the sec. one, reveal should be reveals.) I always think that a word that is not used very often (such as which) is always better than a word like that.

Hope I've helped!

None of the three are very solid gramatically. Personally, I would go with:

"Therefore, I have attached my resume and included a link that demonstrate my skills as resourceful and versatile community reporter."

The "in the body of the email" is simply unneccesary, as one would assume that's where a link is. The word "reveal" indicates that your skills are somehow hidden.
