Mad Max or something and he dressed like a punk and was in a high school, I barely rememeber the plot but I watched it when I was younger, Does anyone know the name of it, I think he was running for school president or something???

YES....I love that movie! It's called Hiding Out where he was hiding from the mob. I loved the scene where he was walking home and singing "crying, over you". It's a classic! My fave 80's movie is The Breakfast Club
