The chance of getting pregnant is very low if she has not had her period for over a year, but just to make sure (and for some peace of mind) you can wait a few weeks after you had sex and then take a pregnancy test.
I have had my period only a few times the last 3 years and the last 2 with unprotected sex and no pregnancy. Whenever your periods go away for such a prolonged time and you occationally do get one, that one usually happens without ovulation as well. Of course it can always happen, but as I said the chance is very low.
In the future you should always use a fresh condom though, in case you really wanna be sure she won't get pregnant.
Anyway, she might have some kind of hormonal disbalance that can be easily fixed so go to the doctor to check it out! Hormonal disbalances can be bad for your body in other ways than just not having your period.

You atre supposed to use a new condom for each act of intercourse. So that would knock the effectiveness down quite a bit. And considering the fact that male condoms can be as little as 84% effective in the first place, using it twice wasn't a great idea. Reusing a condom with semen in it is as good as not wearing one at all. Semen does leak out of the condom with use. (Thats why you want to take it off) But there are female factors to take into consideration also. Like when was her last period? Does she have regular periods in the first place? She would need to be ovulating for you to get her pregnant. Saying you lucked out and didn't get her pregnant this time, I wouln't suggest pressing your luck a second time.

If you had sex there is always a chance of pregnancy. No contraceptive is 100% effective. The fact that you were using protection however does limit the likely hood that she was able to conceive a child. I wouldn't be freaking out just yet, give it a couple weeks and take a test just to be sure. Good Luck

Oooo man big mistake, she should definitly take a pregnancy test, using the same condom twice is a really bad move, have you considered giving her the morning-after-pill?

your girlfriend needs to go to the doc and find out why she isn't have periods.
also, don't use a condom twice.
it's unsanitary and unsafe.
