Your blend door is broken. Don't even bother trying to locate it, unless you are a tech yourself. To fix this problem is going to require instrument panel removal. This is a VERY KNOWN problem to EVERY Ford tech. The blend door itself is not serviced separtely. You will need to purchase an entire heater box assembly to fix your problem. But, in answer to your question, you would need to remove the instrument panel defroster grill, passenger side air bag assembly, and anti-theft keyless entry module to access the blend door actuator. Hope this helps.

That thing is back under the dash. The control switch is what controls the amount of heat. It operates the vent going to the heater core. First check for vacuum leaks then the actuator sol on the vent door itself. If not that it will the the control i.e. hot/cool actuator.

Just a hint: Turn your AC to Max air then turn the hot/cool to hot and see if that works.
Just a hint: Check to see if your heater core is stopped up. Especially if you have been using anti-leak of some kind.
Just a hint: Check to see if either of the hoses going to the heater core is kinked.
