How do I erase internet files that were visited? Even after I cleared the history.

In internet explorer click tools>internet options and then clear history, you may also want to delete temporary files

Ok now go to tools on the top and then internet options. Then delete the cookies and files.

on ur explorer at da top hit on >> tools >internet options clear history.>temp files > cookies

Be sure to delete all your temporary internet files (cache)... In IE you can do this by going to Tools -->Internet Options.

Go to view-->sidebar-->history or you can press ctrl+H to bring up the history. Then just find the folder or website you want to delete. This should do it.
