It depends on your bail conditions. Many people are bailed "to live and sleep" at a particular address, and if you go away (even overnight) you would then be in breach of your bail conditions and face charges for Bail Act offences in addition to the original offence.
If you are on unconditional bail, you just need to make sure that you attend Court whenever the next hearing is scheduled - if you don't, you risk being found guilty in your absence and a warrant for your arrest being issued.

Depends on the crime. For some, they take your passport as a condition for bail, to prevent you from leaving the country.

You should be able to leave but make sure your back for the court date if you miss it you will get a Failure To Appear...and will go to Jail.
