Help On Changing Clothes In Millsberry.com?

My character in Millsberyy.com is wearing a jacket and I don't know how to remove it. I tried going to customize and clicked on the arrows to remove, but when I click save it always says error blah blah blah. Please help me.

you have to click on save twice

go to my stuff, closet, then take it off from there
