why does the supreme court can choose which cases they can handle?!

It's in the constitution. You don't have the "right" to force them to take your case.

The Supreme Court is not the same as other courts - it is set up to reconsider law, and clarify law where the legislature left the meaning unclear. It also overseas the working of the lower courts.

There is no right of appeal to the Supreme Court. From the many cases submitted to them, they choose the ones that have most weight in their opinion. The court has a website: http://www.supremecourtus.gov

because the Supreme Court is for when someone feels their rights are being violated at a State Level... if everyone yelled their rights were being violated then they would be booked up for the next 100 years or more.... they need to weed out the real cases from the ridiculous ones... they need to hear the cases where someone's rights ARE actually being violated
