It seems like no one wants to buy it from Craigslist. If you put it up for free, someone will take it, but this is nice furniture. Anyone with any ideas. Consignment shops are picky and a pain in the butt. Classified ads do not seem wo work. Help!

Check out your local flea markets or traders malls. Look for boothes with furniture in them. Look for business cards or other booth owners identification so you can contact them. I you can't locate any identification in the booth, note the booth number and ask the cahsier for the identity of the owner. They will usually comply.

Call the booth owners. They are always looking for furniture to stock their boothes since good furniture at a reasonable price usually sells very quickly. Some may even be willing to sell in their booth on consignment.

Good luck with your sale.

Try running ads in the paper or make your own flyers with a picture of it on them and post on local bulletin boards or apartment complexes where they allow postings. Maybe your asking too much?
Good luck!

Goodwill or Salvation Army. They give you a receipt for taxes for 06. You can place your own value on your donation, within reason.

Stick it on Ebay for 1p - someone will buy it! Failing that, either burn it or ring the council and get them to take it away.
