how to refresh, with internet explorer 7?

There are 2 primary ways, you can hit F5, or you can click on the button at the top that looks like two arrows forming (almost) a circle.

Just to the right of your adddress bar are 2 arrows ( 1 up and 1 down) That will refresh the page.

press f5, otherwise, there is a button to the right of the address bar showing two arrows.

You use the Go Button (to the right of the URL)
