The generally accepted practice to grow stronger nails (which results in faster growth, as you don't break them and they last longer) is to eat gelatin.
This is the stuff that makes Jello stiff. You can also buy it unflavored to add to juice or water.

Sally Hansen Hard as Nail polish. It has nylon fabrics that adhere to your nails that help make them stronger. Therefore strong nails don't break, hence they grow longer.

i love sally hansen, the nails grow faster and stronger, also u can put garlic on ur tip of nail to make it stronger
