Leave well alone. You may lose your best friend. The truth about what happened is usually somewhere between the two stories and at the end of the day they may be made for each other so just sit back and watch. You may lose your best friend if you say too much.

You really don't have a side. Your friend is entitled to make her own mistakes of the heart. Just because someone else had a bad go round with him doesn't mean your friend will or for that matter won't be in the same boat as her, regardless, it's her choice. Telling tales on someone is not only rude and childish but it could also damage your friendship with your best friend. The old rule of thumb is "Never believe anything you hear and only half of what you see" on the heels of " The best way to lose a friend is to tell on their partner". Let it go, be there for her if she needs you and don't make waves when there is no water around. If he were a date rapist or druggie or an alcoholic that would be a different story but I'm sure your friend knows by now if he were the last two and it would be she said, he said if he were a date rapist if that were the case then I'd be honest with your best friend and say she told me he... let her take it from there. It is not up to you to take sides against him.

You should never date a best friends ex that's just the best way to not ruin a friendship. Since your bestfriend is already dating this guy don't say anything unless you want to lose your best friend, but when and if they break up make a pact with your friends not to date each others exes.

It really isn't your concern unless they ask your opinion. I think there are just to many people that want to tell their side of things when they aren't even asked. Unless your best friend asks you then you don't need to approach her about this.

Girl don't get into it. Trust me, stay out of it, it's never a good idea to get mixed up in the middle of that kind of stuff. Even if your friend asks you what you think, tell her you want to stay out of it.

McSteamy? McDreamy? McCreamy? Tell her what you know (she's going to find out somewhere, anyway), but remember it may not be the total truth! Let her get his story!

Girl, stay out of their business!! That's why most relationships fail because of "nosy-busy-bodies" like you. It's none of your business! Why is this so important to you? Do you want this man for yourself? I suggest you get a life and stay out of theirs...

Be honest isn't that what friendship is about? Or you could just stay out of it until your b/f asked you to get involved....

Don't get involved. Just nod your head and agree with both of them.
