i have this friend that i have known for 5yrs now and he is a really good friend of mine. but he flirts with me... does he like me or is he messing around???

ok, ask him if he does...just be like: "hey *insert name* how's it going!? i have a REALLY important question i NEED to ask you..." and look @ his facial expression, if he looks all excited i think there's like a 50% chance he does, and if he gets all embarrased then he does! then ask him: "we'll...we've been friends for a LOOOONG time and i've noticed you've been acting different, and i think you mite like me? is tht true? u can tell me, im ur friend remember." lol good luck!

Well I'd say wait until the signs are absolutely clear. Flirt back with him a little. But wait a little longer. You don't want to embarrass yourself like I did about asking a guy if he liked me.
