Anyone know why my Clio(Automatic) is suddenly sticking in gear for longer than normal?

Seems to be around 30mph,gear does change,but taking longer. Is it the Transmission fluid?

Sounds like you need to service the trans. But beware if you have'nt serviced before and there are alot of miles on it. You take the chance having the trans fail anyway.
