as long as the top is long enough to cover your booty... i think it's fine. because the style nowadays is to wear long tunic tops w/ leggings.

What a daft question, any girl going out in just tights and a top, without any underwear on either, is just asking for a whole heap of trouble. If she's going out drinking she might as well have a sign that says - grope me, use me, rape me if you like. If she's going anywhere less dangerous (and there aren't many places where there's no men) then she's just going to look like a complete slapper and everyone will think it. If she's so self-destructive that the idea of any old tramp being able to get his hand inside her without a moment's notice doesn't freak her out then perhaps she wants to turn into a crack whore. Ooo, sorry, but true.

The only way it could perhaps be OK is if her top came a very long way down (i.e. to her ankles!)

I've often seen girls in a tiny mini with thick opaque black tights, & they have great legs so I've wondered why they even bother with the skirt. Especially with the leggings that people wear with tiny skirts, cos leggings are meant to be worn like trousers anyway.

However (if you're a woman) you HAVE to wear underwear if you're going out in public, perhaps unless 1) you're wearing trousers, 2) if you're wearing a skirt & are making a quick trip to your partner's to 'surprise' him, lol! "spoil the look"? Yeah, women may be conscious of the way they look but we can spot a purely perverted comment a mile off!

I'd say other. We can wear whatever is most comofortable. Tights and a top would show off our butts, because ou said no panties. That'd look gross, no way. If I had to pick a number, I'd pick 3.5. No, and no they should put on a miniskirt. I don't like miniskirts but they're better than tights and a shirt which is oh so sickening!

2.... leggings are in this season and the best top to cover it up and make it less revealing is to wear a tunic.. yes, it is a top the is fairly long. the look is very stylish if you have a breat body and it shows how confident the girl is in herself

if you mean leggings, then yes! of course! girls will wear whatever makes them comfortable. while the look is nice with a denim skirt, it is VERY comfortable to wear without and as long as they are not see-through it is most definately alright
