I really need to know. . .I'm soooooo miserable right now. But I'm scared to take any coldmedicine because I don't want to harm my baby.

The doctor's say not to take anything until you are past the 11th week. After that only tylenol brands of meds.......and no smoking pot is not ok.....I did smoke cigarettes when iwas pregnant..both times..and I thank go everyday that my babies were healthy.

I'll tell ya what my doctor told me to take.. Sudaphed (he didn't specify what kind so I assume any) and tylenol. Other than that, you get the "lots of rest and fluids" treatment. If you want you could also try Tylenol Cold and Flu since it's pretty much sudaphed + tylenol
