I am not sure that i smell it but there seems to be sort of a feeling when it is about to snow and I can't describe it either.

Yes I can smell snow. When it's cold and the wind is blowing I can sence the snow smell. Kinda funny for some but it's true.

My son can smell snow - he is 4 and declares "it smells like snow is coming"

Yeah totally, That is so weird you mentioned that. Today I went to let my dog out and I thought that same thing( I live in chicago.) The sun was out, the air was cold and crisp and the snow was soo pretty. Winter has such a nice scent...its soo christmassy!

Growing up in Michigan has taught me how to smell rain snow and damn cold air comming in. It helps when you are out and about to have that ability.

i don't recognize, yet i might beneficial prefer to confirm! I stay in a extremely heat climate and function in no way seen snow in all my person life. i've got faith i might like that regardless of the undeniable fact that, I actual love the scent (and sight, and experience) of rain!!

i can smell like the coldness of it, same with warmth...but i can smell rain!!!! it smells yummy!! guess i don't spend enough time aorund the snow to smel it itself
