how can i find sylvie at the lake?

To find Sylvie you must visit Sylvane lake. To visit Sylvane Lake go to downtown Millsberry (click the downtown button on the left hand side of the main page)

and click on the Sylvane Lake Billboard to go to the lake.

To spot sylvie the things I can tell you are these:
a. She is out for 1 hour daily between 7am and 12pm EST.
b. She's out again 5 hours after the initial appearance (between 12pm and 5pm).
c. She's also out for 1 hour every evening but that seems to be random - there doesn't seem to be a time pattern for that.
d. When she's out she's always out for an entire hour and it always starts on the 00. So she's not out from 8:11 EST to 9:11 EST

when i find him i just keep going back from downtown to sylvane lake and hope he is there or i keep trying.
