overseas ,now but i m tired of these life too , hence i want to go back also to my home town , but my boss had brought me from india to dubai who felt me as an very hardworking n sincere person , now i want to go also n i dont want to give him pain tht i want to leave your company as he feels me like his younger brother , i do want to bein touch with him ever

You didn't say how long you have been there. If it is a year or more, then you have probably fulfilled any contract obligations you had. Your boss must understand that it is now time for you to return to your country for several reasons. You may want to get more education, look at more job opportunities, to date and maybe meet some one to marry, or you may just want to spend time with aging relatives.
You are wise to stay in touch with this man. Thank him for the opportunities he has given you. Promise to keep in touch. And Go. Good Luck.

Not many people has this chance of getting a good job and a good boss at the same time. Don't waste this chance.
Of course everyone misses home and we all want to spend our time with family and be home with them all the time.
I think you need to set ur priorities. Work for now and whenever you get holiday you can go back home for vacation.
You do have experince and I am sure you know that life is not easy.
Always there is a struggle which makes our life stronger. We all need to make some sacrifice dont we.
Make a wise desicion so you dont loose a good job which will give u a better future for you and your family.

see life is not easy and certainly not the way you want it.. I think you should stay and work there .. you should earn more so you can spend after your marriage... See if you are looking for fun you can't have money and if you need money you can't have fun.. US and canada life is worst than Dubai... I really encourage you to stay and work ... after you are married and you have enough money ..you can say ur boss that you want to raise your family in india and that will be a good time.. you will have money and you can go to india and start your own business... I hope this helps you... and I am certain that you should continue working ...

you are homesick and want a break from routine - no need to panic & come back - tell ur boss ur predicament and visit a relative even if brief period. if u are due for annual vacation in near future, take it in advance - if ur boss is like ur elder bro. he will understand and help u.
if u wanto make it in life, u can bring a smile on an unknown person - for this u visit the local hospital atleast once a week and spot a visitor-less person (nurses will help u in spotting) and keep company! u will get immense satisfaction urself and make the day for someone about whom none cares.
