in the side of my stomach it sometimes feels like i got punched or it feels like something sharp is poking me... could this mean that i am pregnant even though i have missed a period and i am on the pill.. i always feel like i have to throw up but i never do.... we used protection and i have taken 3 test and they all say negative what could this be?

Go see a doctor. Protection is not always 100% and neither are the tests (althought they usually are)

get a blood test from your doctor, i am having those paims that you described, exactly the way you described and where and im about a month pregnant
