I think you mean "sarcastic." It's like when something sucks and you say "Oh that's wonderful." You dont really mean it's wonderful. You are being sarcastic. It's not the best example but I hope it works.

The term you are refferring is correctly spelled 'sarcastic'.

Sarcasm is or mocking someone or soemthing they do.
It's a humorous way of expressing something ironical, stating something mean behind 'kind' words, or making something apparent.

i.e . James hates Katherine's skirt. when she asks if he likes it.
he says: 'of course , drapes are the it thing.'
