does this line to a song makes sense and is it grammatically correct?:

Lyrics on a song or a poem doesn't need to be grammatically right. It's up to the listeners or the readers how they interpret them.

Sure, it makes sense. The time of the hour would relate to the minutes of the clock. Depending on ones position, their vision may be obscured and cannot see the minute hand so, we would need someone else perspective.

I think both parts have to be 2 seperate whole scentances
