Dialogue: when Hamlet talks to his mother during the scene when he kills Polonius behind the arras (a carpet-like hanging) It is used there because they are arguing. Hamlet is upset that his mother has taken his uncle as her husband.

Dialogue: when Polonius (earlier) is talking to his son, Laertes, about Laertes' trip to university - the gist is "Don't spend too much money, and no flirting."

Soliloquy: Hamlet's speech "To be or not to be" used because he is thinking out loud, and we )the audience) need to hear about his confusion and dismay.

Another soliloquy you'll have to find for yourself. My complete works of Shakespeare is in the other room!
