My plant is a common non-flowering houseplant that cascades from a hanging basket. It is very thick with small green/purple leaves. It looks similar to a wondering jew, but is much thicker with smaller leaves. I'm trying to learn it's name so I can determine it's cold weather tolerance. Thanks.

I have a set of Plant cards, and I've been going through them. I always came back to the Inch Plant which is another name for Wandering Jew. At any rate my investigation of all the hanging plants amd vines cards show that your plant should not be in anything less than 50 degree temperature.
I hope this helps you.

Sounds like a type of jew - there are several varieties. Not tolerant - don't let the frost get it!
