I need help collecting data on the net external debt of the United States, from 1980 till present.?

As mentioned I need the net external debt data on the United States, in the years 1980 till present. The period is not an requirement though; it's just as good as it gets :)
Neither is it required to be the NET debt, but this is also the best.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
