Try soaking them in hot soapy water then scrape with a plastic scraper... e.g credit card. If it hasn't worked first time, try again.

Try pure acetone on a q-tip... dab it just on the glue itself without getting much on the lense itself. Acetone is much like nail polish remover, but 10 times stronger. You can get it at Wal Mart or any hardware store. Otherwise, you may have to get new lenses.

Nail polish remover and acetone are both good ideas, but both could damage any coating on your lens.
Gently scrape it off or go to a place that sells glasses (Wal-Mart) and get their assistance.

I could try the (sticky stuff remover) that's its name, and you can get it from the Kleeneze books that come through your door.
Failing that you should be able to get it somewhere. The last bottle I bought I got from my local Aldi's.
