I know how you feel. Sometimes I think we think our hearts hurt but they actually don't. Try to cheer up and not be so sad. If you let him see you this sad it won't make anything better. Men get tired of drama and their women crying all the time and being sad all the time. Trust me I know, I used to be sad all the time and cry and my husband just got tried of it and quit asking me whats wrong. He just went in the other room or continued to watch tv. Whatever is going on in your marriage, try to act like it doesn't bother you and that will get to him even more. Good Luck.

It affects your body in many ways, i get stressed so badly that i sometimes get the flu.My whole chest area hurts sometimes, its a hatefull feeling...my advice is to cry and get it out of your system, dont hold it back. Flow through these feelings like a leaf in the wind...talking about it also helps.Take time out for yourself, go for a massage, listen to nice music in the bath or go for a walk.Find comfort in the fact that you are never alone, spend time with friends or family and keep yourself busy, dont linger on it too long....have faith that you are a stong and impecable person and with a new days comes sunshine once more!

I feel the hurt more in my belly area and the anguish in my mind. If it's bad enough, my soul will vent by shedding some tears. Then I'll throw in all up to the Lord and he'll comfort me and give me rest.

You do feel a sort of tightness in the heart area — don't ask me why.
