Are you a man or a woman? I was presuming a woman.
Soap and water are perfectly fine. While I doubt H202 will cause any harm, it is not particularly helpful either. The bubbles are not necessarily activated by bacteria rather by naturally occurring substances on the mucousal membrane.
If you are have an un-naturally strong odor you may have bacterial vaginosis. It is an infection. It requires a diagnosis and an antibiotic to solve - as this is an overgrowth in the vagina too. I certainly would not advocate douching with H202. Go to your doctor with your concern. He/she can diagnose the problem if there is one and prescribe the right treatment. Otherwise you are sort of shooting in the dark. Good luck.

I consider that a harsh chemical to be putting on my privates but if you're smelling something and thinking it's bacteria I'd recommend this. First off make sure you thoroughly clean the area with soap and water when bathing. Dry as best possible do dry the area afterwards...to be especially sure it's dry use a blow dryer on low (seems silly but it works). BEFORE puting on your underwear put socks on first, so as not to transfer germs from feet to crotch. Consider using foot powder to keep feet dry and it can be applied to the private areas as well. If you think you have an infection from jock itch/athletes feet go to your doctor to get proper treatment. If you have pain associated with smell definitely go to doctor fast as it could be something more serious than jock itch.

You would be better off using antibacterial soap. I wouldn't suggest hydrogen perioxide in your groin because it can cause irritation. If you suspect a fungal infection, you need to see your MD.
If you are fit to be tied...and you desperately want to use the hydrogen perioxide, dilute it 1:1 with water before applying it to your skin...I would still suggest antibacterial soap....and then make sure you wash it off real good....keep the area dry....
I think Gold Bond makes powder that you can use to prevent fungus infections.....the main goal is keeping the area dry.

Yes. it wont hurt you but if you have consistent odor in that area I'd say there is more to it, than poor hygiene, that area does sweat alot if your active also if your overweight.try a anti bacteria soap and gold bond after do that for two weeks see if it helps.

Why would you think it would not be okay? Hydrogen Peroxide is used for many different purposes. It will not hurt you. You might need to see your doctor to see if you have a fungal infection. Hope this helps!!!

I don't think it will hurt anything as long as you don't put it on the head of the penis where your hole is. The bottle just says don't use it internally. I don't know if it would hurt you or turn your skin a white color. Try going to the Dr about it maybe they can give you a bacterial spray or cream to help kill whatever it may be.
