2520 is the lowest number that meets those criteria.
2520/1 = 2520
2520/2 = 1260
2520/3 = 840
2520/4 = 630
2520/5 = 504
2520/6 = 420
2520/7 = 360
2520/8 = 315
2520/9 = 280
2520/10 = 252

10! = 10 * 9 * 8 * 7 * 6 * 5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 3628800

It is divisible by 1-10 and all quotients are whole numbers.

here's a tip: 10! = 10x9x8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1 = 362880
362880 is the answer. ^_^
