The directions on my packet of Yasmin instruct me to "take the most recent missed pill as soon as you remember, and then keep taking your next pills at the usual time. This may mean taking two pills in one day." It also advises you to use extra contraception for the next seven days. The implication is that it will not cause long-term damage, but it's probably not advisable

With most medications, if you miss a dose you are not supposed to double up the next day. Birth control pills are the exception to this...you ARE supposed to do just what the directions for Yasmin says, take as soon as you remember which may mean doubling up. Every type of bc pill I have been on has given the same instructions regarding that.

Yes, you are. You DO NOT double the dosage if you miss a day. You throw away the pill for the missed day and resume your normal schedule. Though I suggest you refrain from sexual encounters until you maintain a strict schedule. Skipping days can and will cause you problems.

there is mostly a gamble of being pregnant in the experience that your on the tablet or no longer. I have been given pregnant on the tablet without lacking any. basically save them on your handbag or some thing you oftentimes have with you so which you do no longer ignore. Set a time on your cellular telephone ( in case you have one) to remind you to take it on the comparable time every day.
