I used to have this same problem. Everytime someone said something that I didn't agree with, I'd get into an argument about how I was right and they were wrong. But now, I've learned that you've got to choose your battles, and if they're not hurting anyone, including themselves, then there's not much you can do about it and you've just got to let this slide.

i knowwww exactly how you feel. i think it's just becuz there's so much going on in you life right now that the slightest things can set you off.{ for some reason i dont find even my closest friend's funny anymore}. the way i cope with it, i bring an extra notebook to school and i write to my self about the things people do and just the peolpe in general.
Ex:hey how's your day been?
:bad!:(
:why?
:she acts so dumb, i think she needs some special help.
:lol
:it's true!
{then carry on with watever you have to say and/or feel}
{everybody thinks it's stupid but it's the only way i can relieve my stress at that very moment.}{it does a whole lot more than counting to 10}
i hope this helps....:)

You might want to ask yourself why you're giving other people the power to control how you feel. Does their stupid shiznet REALLY have any impact on your life - no. Sometimes people enjoy being silly - what's wrong with that. Doesn't mean you have to be part of it. Shrug it off, it isn't worth the blood boil.

i know how hard it can be I'm a bit like that myself but i have learned over the years that blurting out how annoyed you are by someones behavior tends to cause more problems than it solves.
Take a deep breath and count to ten in your head and just try to learn to accept that everyone is different and life is too short to stress about other people stupidity.

we all get annoyed sometimes. (especially me. I'm dieting right now and I get cranky when I DIET)
But there is a difference between getting easily annoyed and actually acting out on you anger.
You can't always lash out at people, when ever you get mad at them. Not only d'you risk hurting their feelings but you also risk getting hurt! ( trust! you may just meet sommeone who is more than a match .... a bigger temper and a bigger mouth on them)
You gotta find out the source of your anger... then work on it K?
Good luck!
