SANDEE if you are going to copy my answers then please get your fact correct IE you don't use hoses on hot anmd cold taps on a central heating systen this is only for an air lock on a DOMESTIC plumbing system. So now you know and now you can go telling people the correct version so you can collect your 2 points. ( This really pisses me off )

Bleed your radiators one at a time until there is a constant flow of water and no air bubbles.

Get a short length of hosepipe. Fix one end tightly to hot water tap and the other end tightly to cold water tap. Please make sure they are fixed very tightly or you will get a little wet! Turn both hot and cold taps on for a few seconds and this should fix the problem.
