Winter is finally afoot. lol And I am getting soooo sick. Wah. Anyone suggest any pills or something I can take?

Symptoms; Runny/ stuffed nose.
Sore throaght
Headache
very tired and mopy
Little caugh

Ps: The vicks Sinex works pretty good for a stuffed nose, for those who have one!

Not yet - we've got respiratory and stomach viruses running around lately in my area - I'm hoping to avoid it (at least the stomach part...!)

I have had a really bad cough for the past two and a half months..I am finally going to the doctor in a few days to see what the he|| is wrong with me. I think it could be bronchitis, but even that should ahve gone away by now, eh.

Vitamin c everyday and home made chicken soup, just boil the soup on low for a long time like 3 hours and drink lots of it, that what i do when Im sick oh and drink lots of orange juice and water! and if you must go out take some dayquill

Try Buckley's if you can handle it.
Supplementing vitamin C can sometimes be a simple way of warding off a cold. Be sure to get enough sleep also.

i've been lucky (knock on wood). i suggest u drink a lot of tea. good on the throat. and i swear by NyQuil. Probably because you can get all liquired up with that stuff.It'll knock u out easy. Also...sleep. SLEEP all day long if u can.

The best thing is go to a Doctor. It's a royal pain in the rump, but well worth the trip.

Dayquil Cold and Sore throght. Don't get the tablets, get the blue liquid. it'll definetly help.

Eat well.

Take lots of fluids and rest.

Wash your hands regularly.
Hand sanitizer is a good thing to carry around with you.
