. . . would you be a collaborator with the Nazis to save yourself and your family, or go with the other victims, possibly to your doom and why?
I read a book about collaborators. Just wondering what you thought.

I think more people would be inclined to save their family than themselves. That is, they may be willing to sacrifice themselves for their religion/political beliefs, but not their family. However, this could be done merely by pretending you were a regular, Christian rank-and-file citizen. Collaboration often brought short-term luxury but long-term doom.

knowing the fate I would receive in a concentration camp. I would make sure to try to kill one Nazi before I would be shot.

better to take one down if I cannot do anything else, and no I would never collaborate with those scum who are not fit to be called human.

I would hide my beliefs or religion to save myself and my family. It is no use being killed yourself or having your family die for no reason other than stupidity of the government.
