it may appear unusual, yet i've got continually enjoyed Iago from Othello. he's in order that evil and twisted and particularly uncomplicated to hate devoid of having a hidden stable part or a reason to be so hateful. from time to time this is super to have a villain you may particularly only loathe devoid of thinking approximately why he grew to become that way or despite else.

Iago from Othello. He's such a good villian in that he's close to the guy he's backstabbing, there's the whole love interest with Desdemona, and it's all about power for him. He's the classic villian. Plus, his remarks and sarcasm are remarkable.

King Lear is a great character. Amazing how Shakes makes this tragic hero tumble in the first act and the first scene, rather than III.I

Caliban from the Tempest, because he is such a beast of a man but with some of the most beautiful language eg "The isle is full of noises" speech.

Othello

he knows what right and wrong, he can be funny, and Othello is also my favorite Shakespear play. It happens to be one of the easiest to read, with one of the most engaging plots, exusing Hamlet

Tybalt.
Absolutely wonderful to act, only three scenes to learn and you can be in the bar before the rest of the cast.

Katerina from Taming of the Shrew. I understand her anger and her bewilderment. I've also been in her shoes, but still haven't gotten the guy.

I like Romeo and Juliet because he bade goodbye by saying, "Good-night, good-night, parting is such sweet sorrow
That I shall say good-night till it be morrow."
Interestingly, sometime I've experienced such sorrow with grief and endurance.
