You need to stop going to church. All that religious crap is enough to make anyone sick to their stomach.

And yes, club soda (with heavy belching) helps, as does washing out your mouth with mouthwash.

Drink lots of water. If you're throwing up you are not intaking the normal food and fluids you've swallowed therefore your body needs the water. You can try eating some bland food like plain unsalted crackers (not salted as it could dehydrate you worse). If you've been throwing up for such a long time consider going to the doctor unless you know why you are throwing up IE food poisoning, pregnancy, etc.

'Barf' or in a better term 'vomiting' is a process the body getting rid of any irritant in your gastro-intestinal tract.
After vomiting - gargle with water to get rid of the bad taste/smell in your mouth. Then try to determine what causes the vomiting. You can drink water, apple juice and ginger ale to avoid dehydration. The fluid is best in room temperature because cold fluid may upset the stomach.
If vomiting continues, you should check with a doctor to determine any serious under-laying cause.

First you should BRUSH YOUR TEETH! Next I would go for some ginger or peppermint tea to help keep your stomach settled. Keep the clear fluids going to flush out whatever it is that is in your system right now. Get lots of rest.

You have to drink water. Otherwise, you will get dehydrated.
When I have this problem and am feeling hungry, I eat toast with marmite or vegimite. It stays down well. You could try Gatorade to hydrate your body.
I hope this helps!
