Happiness is believing in yourself and doing things that you love. Spending time with people that you love will keep you happy and most importantly also being with people that make you feel happy. Don't pay attention to things that you want and don't have but the things you love and do have.

I don't think everyone is happy all throughout their life. However, if one is content with themselves they are generally happy. Don't worry about what others think of you. It isn't important. Having a job you enjoy and someone to share life experiences can make you happy.

If you give goodness all your life it will come back to you. There are bumps in the road of course --but happiness is anly accomplished through our inner self.
