I know you can take Tums, I would start with that. As for the other stuff, but I don't know what else. If the Tums doesn't work, check with a pharmacist, they usually know what is safe to take and can recommend the best products for your symptoms.

Ignore the first person.
No. you cant. Dont take anything but REGULAR tums and tylenol, and avoid the later for as much of the first 12 weeks as possible. Any doctor will advise you to avoid all medications, chemicals and toxins through pregnancy, and especialy during the first trimester.
Instead, drink some water and avoid gassy foods. I got wicked gas pains during my first trimester. It really will pass.

I think it matters what kind you take, too. Like Maalox vs. SImethicone, etc. They do give babies simethicone all the time for gas.
I would still ask a pharmacist if you can't get a hold of your MD.

I in no way had contractions with my first newborn, C-area. yet i'm getting quite undesirable gasoline pains and it freaks me out reason on account that I relatively have in no way had contractions in the past on occasion I wander if thats what it quite is in the past I understand that it quite is basically gasoline.

Try taking walks they say that will help you get rid of excess gas. DO NOT take ANYTHING before talking to your doctor first.

take tums.. there are directions on the bottle just for prego women... IT gives you extra calsium too.. and your body need that..
