i agree with the previous asker.

i assume you'll have periodic ped check up? go ask the next time..

dont let your research let you conclude what your baby may have.. for all you know it's harmless.. you can try aksing your mum/in law to see if they experienced it before..

if in your course of research you found something serious, tell the ped too. i think he/she will be glad to answer some questions.

is your baby behaving normally? if so it shouldnt be a cause of worry.. if you're a new mum i think it happens usually, to fret.. relax..

tell your baby i said hi!

Please never let anything you read here or anywhere else on the Internet anything other than "research". The only advice you should listen to, as previously stated, is from a licensed, respected pediatrician. It might be harmless, or it might be something serious. The safe and loving thing is to get it checked - and do not wait for a "regular checkup".

Don't wait for an appointment. Call your doctor right away and get this looked at. You don't want to take any chances with your children.

There is no other answer that will be absolutely correct other than ask your doctor. Hope the baby is okay.

Good LUCK!

I get them in my arms and ear lobes. They are little fat globs and are completely harmless. Sometimes they go away but sometimesthey dont. A doctor can remove them but I say again they are harmless.

Probably a lymph node...have it looked at during the babies check up.
