My daughters 3 and i got her ears peirced last saturday and one of them is bent really bad...i cant even get the earing off my husband and i both tried and all were doing is irratating it...its just going to have to be cut off....my question is i paid 45 dollers for those theres supposed to be 24 k gold...and they bent within a week...will Claires replace the one that is bent or not? i think they should since its only been a week?

I think they should, but the only way to find out for sure is to go back to Claire's and ask them.

Hopefully they will - usually its within a month you can get a refund but I don't shop at Claires too much. the stuff at Claires although popular is cheap and they break a lot.

You paid forty-five bucks for something at Claire's????

Go to a real store next time.

Claire's is great for picking up fashion accessories for your 3-year-old; other than that I'd die first.

Definitely go back to the store and ask if they can replace them. If they tell you that you cannot get them replaced, then ask to talk to the manager, and if he says the same thing, consider filing a lawsuit.
