Get a microphone if you don't already have one.
Use a program such as Audacity ( http://audacity.sf.net ) to record the speech.
Save the speech as a WAV file.
Put the WAV file on disc (if you need to make an audio CD, you can do this with programs such as iTunes or Windows Media Player).
That's it!

Hi!
Easy! Connect a microphone to your sound card. And then go to Start>All Programs> Accessories> Entertainment> Sound Recorder. Record the sound.
Now, burn the CD as an audio CD.

you should have a program that lets you record yourself in a mic i dont know what you ahve on your computer but your bound t have one. that should record it as a wav. file then you just burn that on to a cd using a cd writer program which i bet you have. because windows media burns cds
