Try this:

First dampen a QTip with rubbing alcohol. Alcohol does take out ink, Let it set several hours and see if that works. If not:

dampen a Q Tip with straight hydrogen peroxide and dab that on the ink stains.

Just let it set. Don't rinse, rub or anything else. Let it set overnight. Peroxide keeps working as time gooes on. YOu may need to treat it a second time. If neither of those work, there is not much you can do.

Spray ink stain with cheap hairspray. It will dissolve the ink and not leave an additional stain Then was with regular detergent. I keep hairspray in my office at work for that purpose.

Use an equal mixture of acetone and alcohol, Soak the ink stains with this solution until it comes off, then wash with soap and rinse finally with water.

there are products at the store that say spesifically what they are made to remove..... they work.
