Let's set the record straight on the myths of your post.
1) Our troops are the most highly trained and effective fighting force the world has ever seen.
2) The war is making us safer at home because the resources of terrorists are tied up fighting us in the Middle East. Since you believe this to be contrary to the truth please present the evidence of even one terrorist attack on American soil since the war began.
3) Terrorism was cited as a cause for invading Iraq.
4) Terrorists are worried about American soldiers in Iraq/Afghanistan because of what this action represents for their goals in the world. The desperation of their actions proves this fact. An enemy never expends his forces uselessly as the terrorists are doing unless they believe they are fighting a losing cause.
5) If we just examine this war from an American casualty standpoint, it is the single most effective war we have ever fought.
Your post betrays a dim view of the military and either a misinformed or an intentional misrepresentation of the true facts. While it is true that our tactics may need review as this conflict evolves you statements are patently false and designed purely to inflame. It is obvious that you are oblivious to military history and lack the proper knowledge required to form honest opinions about what is occurring in the war.

We are fighting for Iraq but we are also fighting a war on terrorism and when was the last attack on America been since 9/11?? How do people not see this fact that we've not been attacked since so evidently something is going right. In the last presidency we were attacked was it 4 times? No one let them know it wouldn't be tolerated. This time it was made known you don't mess with the USA!

If they do not fear us why do they hide?If we are accomplishing nothing why are their casualties 10 time ours?If you are an American why can't you grasp the language or at least the spell check? We scare the crap out of them and you know it!
The war was to fight terrorism AND liberate Iraq, you can not separate the two.The enemy considers Iraq the place of the 13th Imam the great Caliphate.

really? After 9-11-01, they haven't come over here! They picked a fight and we took it to them. Sure they said we aren't scared. Then we hit them and they ran. Now they try to use children to do the job. Why you ask. Because they are afraid. They preach dieing is good. Fine, let those jerks die and not the kids. They're killing the next generation, so they can live. Hope they like it. Then they will follow Japan as the fastest ageing people.
We made it easy for them to understand. DON'T MESS WITH US, BECAUSE WE MESS BACK!!!!

The same thinking that allows you to believe in an after life is at work here .
Delusional thoughts and ideas are dangerous to all people and not just the majority who or insane .
Believe in non facts and a life lived in pursuit of a delusion has lead America to the brink of disaster .
The war is not for freedom but for money .
The equation looks like this .
thousands of young men will die defending what we tell them and in the process millions of dollars will be made .We the rich and powerful know what is best for the masses .
We are in control and you have no choice in the matter .
If you do not have a rifle in your hand then you can stand in lne at the food banks and live in poverty like your daddy .do as we say and you can have a house car and job to work all provided by us .
If not who cares there are plenty of idiots willing to do what they are asked .

For your information, the draft in no longer used. The persons of our armed services chose to enlist and serve our country. If they do not want to serve, they do not have to enlist, it is their choice. I feel a heck of a lot better knowing they are there if our country is attacked. I guess you could compare this with the law enforcement of this country. Criminals are not afraid of them either, but I cannot imagine what it would be like without them.

Well, I disagree with the War in Iraq and the whole "weapons of mass destruction" bullcrap, I support the war in Afghanistan tho, we need to get back at the Taliban, and we need more forces there.
amid all that, I still believe that it is better to fight them in the streets of Baghdad then the streets of Boston

How do you know what they know?
Our force of power in the ME is quite intimidating to them. Also, all the world's eyes are watching the ME.
Currently, the world is being led to believe that Bush is the fascist trying to control the world's oil. Wouldn't attacking the US only increase US support in the world? How would that help the cause of radical Islam? It wouldn't.
I would suggest that this type of question is extremely bad for US morale.

Agree. Solution is to exit Muslim lands to the last soldier double time. Other wise no soldier [what ever be their numbers and weapons] can protect Americans.
