my hands have no grip whatsoever. i cant palm a basketball like i used to nor can i catch a basktball like i used to do. its a first time thing and there are no substances on my hand, how can i fix this

practice, and dribble whenever you can, your hands will eventually get used to it, and it will become second nature.

if your hands are sweating excessively, and thats why youre having trouble with grip, you might have hyperhidrosis. All it means is excessive sweating, your sweat glands react easily and excessively. Check with your pharmacist to see what you can do.

work your hands. take a tennis ball around with you and just squeeze it as hard as you can. then do the same with a softball of volley ball. when you get to bigger balls focus on your finger tips. if you could grip a ball before you should be able to now....

practice holding, dribbling, passing and shooting the ball without any grips. you'll get used to it and handle the ball better.

do you have slippery or wet hands, or do you just have bad hands? if you have we hands use baby powder but if you have bad hands practice.
