I have herd if you put small rocks in you shoes and you start running or walking around with them in the shoes will they make ths sole of the feet tougher and should i wear no sock when i do this

Go for long walks in steel-toed workboots. This works, trust me...the bottoms of my feet are like leather. Don't use rocks though, that just hurts.

a toddler's soles are very mushy. A bee would desire to sting by using it no situation. while the newborn grows up and starts off working marathons on asphalt, with bare ft, then the bee will die formerly this is stinger get's by using.

I agree with the post about walking around in bare feet. I do that also but the downside is dry feet. Good luck.

That would be mad & very uncomfortable! Rubbing surgical spirit into your feet on a daily basis will toughen up the skin. Try this instead! Much more comfortable.

I walk around barefoot (especially outside) and my feet are decently tough. Only problem is that they're pretty dry, too.

better read about clay...use it as a cream and put it on your soles...try, you'll see the effect and you'll tell others about clay...like i'm doing!
