Your goldfish has a parasite called "Ick" or "Ich." The real name is Ichtyopthirius. They are small white bubbles that attach to the fish's skin/tail. They become attached to the goldfish when it becomes stressed. My goldfish had "Ick" on its tail and it died not too long after. It can become deadly if not taken care of.

it may have a desise. I would suggest asking someone at the pet store about what you need to do with it. They will probably give you drops to put in its water

Woffard is right...it's ICK...need medication. Go to the pet shop to get it...it' cheap and Ick is common.

Those are air bubbles, I don't know why fish have them.
