I would go with Addai. He has been a work horse lately, and doesn't seem to be letting up.

Well, both guys are likely to get a lot of touches. Denver is going to be working the running game a lot in order to take some pressure off of Cutler, and Peyton "struggled" a bit the last time they went up against the Titans so they'll probably be going to Addai a lot. Bell will likely get more touches and yardage, but I expect Addai to get into the endzone once or twice. In addition, the Titans probably have the worse of the two defenses. I would go with Addai.

Addai , did you not see him last week ? The 2 Bell system im Denver really hurts both Bells as far as fantasy is concerned , and T Bell has that bad toe thing going on , he acts more like Tinker Bell. Go with Addai his matchup is easier than Bells and he clearly is the #1 guy for Indy even though he does not actually start the game.
