1.If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.
2.Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.
3.Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.
4.Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer.

You're in the board game section. The only problem I can predict is that you bought it on a website and you haven't received it..Check the websites' policy and contact the seller. Also if for some reason you cannot open the board game box I recommend removing the plastic stuff first before opening.

If it is a board game like its supposed to be...Try opening the box. Seriously, it works! Like, I was trying to get to the puzzle and then I opened the box and all these weird pieces flew out! (sarcasm)
